Essential Requirements: Previous private house experience, good admin skills, driver, English speaker.

An experienced Butler/Valet/PA is required to deliver discreet, five-star personal service -valet/wardrobe care, private-quarters presentation, tasteful gifting and procurement (including linens/towels/bedding), light food and beverage service and hosting, travel set-ups, personal-tech readiness, and light admin - so the Principal’s day-to-day runs flawlessly.

Responsibilities:

• Wardrobe & Valet (luxury included): Best-practice wardrobe care; seasonal rotation, organization, packing/unpacking, pressing/steaming, shoe care, accessories, simple inventory; coordinate specialist laundry, dry-cleaning, alterations/repairs.

• Private Quarters: Immaculate standards and finishing touches (flowers, linens, scent, lighting); flag and follow through with housekeeping, maintenance, and vendors on repairs/touch-ups until resolved.

• Tasteful Gifting & Procurement: Select gifts and purchase linens, towels, bedding, and similar items at the right quality; draft appropriate notes/cards; manage deliveries and returns.

• Food, Beverage & Hosting: Set up and present light food and beverages (tray service, tea/coffee, basic plating); coordinate with kitchen/caterers/room service; greet and private guests.

• Travel Set-ups: Prepare packing lists and day bags; set hotel rooms to “home” standards; liaise with hotels/airlines; handle on-the-move requests.

• Personal Effects & Tech: Keep phones, tablets, wearables, and accessories sanitized, charged, and organized (chargers, adapters, SIMs).

• Light Admin & Errands: Basic expenses tracking, confirmations/reservations, vendor coordination, local errands/personal shopping.

• Driving: No regular chauffeuring; able to step in only if required or if an errand necessitates.

You will need to have 3–5 years in UHNW private households, luxury villas/yachts, or five-star resorts; impeccable discretion, and service etiquette; proven taste in gifts, fashion, and homewares; comfortable with basic MS 365/Google Workspace for expenses and itinerary confirmations; English mandatory, additional languages a plus.
