Essential Requirements: Previous private footman experience, flexibility, formal service experience able to travel. 

A professional and experienced footman is required for an ultra-high net worth private residence based in the Cayman Islands. Your duties will include front‑of‑house operations, delivering impeccable service and presentation at all times. The role works closely with the Head Butler and other household staff to ensure a seamless guest experience consistent with the highest standards of private service. 

Key Responsibilities:

·       Support the Head Butler, or in his absence lead services, during daily meals service, formal occasions, and events

·       Service of beverages, meals, and private entertaining

·       Provide ad-hoc services when requested by the Principals outside of beverage/meal service (i.e. shoe polishing, sorting laundry, packing, etc.)

·       Anticipate the Principals needs and respond promptly while remaining unobtrusive

·       Maintain immaculate presentation of the household, including floral arrangements, general decor and cleanliness

·       Welcome and receive the Principals’ guests with poise, professionalism, and absolute discretion

·       Adhere strictly to household protocols, confidentiality requirements, and security procedures 

Profile & Requirements:

·       3-5 years previous experience in UHNW private households, luxury hospitality, or high-end service environments preferred

·       Professional demeanor, discretion and a positive attitude

·       Strong understanding of formal service standards, including formal and informal table settings, glassware and other general requirements

·       Fluent in English

·       Understanding of mixology and a knowledge of wine

·       Shifts timings will vary based on the needs of the Principals and Head Butler.

·       Calm, attentive, and detail‑oriented with a service‑first mindset 

You will need to be flexible to work variable hours, including weekends, holidays and travel as required. Fluent in English and strong knowledge of formal service standards. Salary circa 50k depending on experience. (HU4390)
