Essential Requirements: Previous newborn nanny experience, availability to travel, conversational Spanish would be a bonus, legal to work in the USA. Scottish or Welsh background encouraged.
A young, dynamic family a mother from Scotland and father from Texas are seeking an experienced Nanny with newborn care expertise to support their growing family in Puerto Rico. The couple, both in their early 30s, recently welcomed their first child, a three-month-old baby, and are looking for a trustworthy, hands-on professional to provide loving care and long-term support.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide full-time care for the baby, including feeding, bathing, sleep training, and overall wellness.
· Support developmental milestones such as potty training, nutrition, and structured routines.
· Manage nursery organization, baby laundry, formula preparation, and supply ordering.
· Handle travel readiness: packing travel documents, medications, toys, and essentials.
· Assist with light household support, errands, and calendar management related to the child.
· Travel globally with the family at short notice, ensuring the baby’s comfort and safety at all times.
You should have of 3 - 5 years of professional nanny experience, ideally with UHNW families.
Conversational Spanish is strongly preferred, legal to work in the USA, clean criminal background with strong references.
It is essential that you have experience in newborn and infant care, sleep training, and early childhood development. You will need to be professional, discreet and adaptable. Non-Smoker, confident swimmer.
Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 annually. Relocation assistance and possible housing stipend for candidates who wish to relocate. Availability to travel globally. Working hours are normally 40/50 hours a week with flexibility required. (HU4336)
