Essential Requirements: Previous high-end waiter experience, flexibility, formal service experience, excellent communication skills.
An experienced waiter is required for a VIP household based in London. You will need to have prior experience working as a waiter in a high-end private household, fine dining restaurant or hotel. You need to have strong knowledge of etiquette and formal service techniques, able to work efficiently under pressure and manage several tasks at once and maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Responsibilities:
· Provide exceptional table service during meals, ensuring a high standard of courtesy and professionalism
· Set, serve, and clear tables for breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and special occasions
· Run errands and stock up fridges
· Prepare dining areas impeccably before meals and maintain them to a high standard
· Assist with food and drink preparation as needed
· Collaborate with chefs, housekeepers, and other staff to ensure seamless service
· Offer attentive service during events or gatherings, maintaining excellent workflow
· Manage food and beverage stock and inventory in coordination with household staff
· Proactively address the needs of the household with discretion and professionalism
