Essential Requirements: Fluent French and English, both must drive. Previous experience working in large UHNW private residences or Super Yachts. Motivated, self-sufficient, discreet and responsible persons. Tech savvy, child and dog friendly. 

The property/house manager couple will be jointly responsible for the day-to-day management of 2 villas on the estate. One villa sleeps 12 the smaller one up to ten.

The family of eight includes 6 children ages between 10yrs and 23yrs. They use the main villa during the high season July and August and occasionally for short periods in the year. The second villa supports guests during the season and very occasionally is rented out of season,

A full team of support staff include the gardening team, a chef, housekeepers, pool maintenance and external contractors. 

The couple will be proactive and well organised to take care of all aspects of the role, managing the property effectively as a team, reliable and dynamic with a “can do” attitude, excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. 

Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Managing and caring for the property with attention to detail

  • Managing staff who take care of the interior, gardens and pool.

  • Hands on with all duties to include Housekeeping and front of house service

  • Driving principals and guests, multiple cars available.

  • Airport runs, local errands, provisioning and fresh grocery shopping.

  • Preparation and service of breakfast, simple cooking skills to prepare a light lunch if requested. A chef is employed. Bar skills required for entertaining.

  • Main point of contact for guests, assisting with restaurant bookings, day trips etc.

  • Stocking of fridges, drinks etc prior to family /guests arriving

  • Prepare and maintain inventories of household equipment and linens.

  • Control of spending and budget management 

One bedroom apartment provided in the village 6 mins drive from the villa. It is essential that the couple are self-sufficient, and self-directing and have previous experience working in high end service. Both must drive, car and petrol provided. Food and simple uniform provided. 

Salary between 5-7,000 Euro’s Net per month depending on previous experience. Sorry no pets or dependent children. ASAP Start. (HU4377)
