ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: Previous private cook experience, cookery school, availability to travel. 

We are seeking an exceptional Private Cook for a unique full-time role based in Gloucestershire.  This is a wonderful opportunity for a talented cook with a genuine passion for organic, home-grown produce and high-quality home-reared meats, working within a beautiful private household focused on seasonal living and exceptional standards.

Key Requirements:

•            Ideally trained at Ballymaloe, Leith’s, or a similar highly regarded cookery school

•            Excellent all-round cooking ability with a passion for organic, seasonal and sustainable ingredients

•            Genuine love and understanding of home-grown produce, estate farming and quality meats

•            Strong knowledge of healthy, family-style and refined country house cooking

•            Able to prepare delicious, beautifully presented meals using the finest estate and locally sourced ingredients

•            Comfortable managing kitchen organisation, provisioning and menu planning

•            Flexible and adaptable with a positive, hands-on attitude

•            Discreet, polished and service-focused at all times

•            Happy to work either estate-based or travel with the principals as required

•            Valid passport and ability to travel freely preferred
