An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced, top- flight Personal Assistant, to support an ultra-high-net-worth family in their busy Kensington household. Working alongside a fully staffed team, you will play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless organisation and excellent service delivery.
This position requires professionalism, discretion, and adaptability within a dynamic environment. You will be working in a very busy household with a schedule that is constantly moving. The ability to manage a family diary with lots of appointments and meetings is key. This is a role for someone forward thinking, who can stay a few steps ahead of the client, and an exceptional eye for detail, making certain that nothing is overlooked. You must keep your eye on the ball and take pride in your work and have a real feeling for minute detail. Perfect spoken and English is thus required in order to deal with all correspondence correctly.
Duties:
· Extensive diary management for family members
· Handling correspondence and responding to emails and calls
· Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and service providers
· Booking appointments, scheduling meetings, and coordinating events
· Running errands and managing daily tasks as required
· Organising travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and excursions and researching local services such as nearest Hospital, Pharmacist, Best Restaurants etc. in new destinations, providing the family with a list of such providers.
· Driving children to school and activities
· Assisting with staff recruitment and onboarding
· Conducting regular inventory checks and ordering household supplies
You will be required to have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a Private PA for a private family, a clean UK driving licence, proficiency with Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Strong attention to detail and discretion are a must. Working days are Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm with flexibility. You will seek a long-term position for this lovely family, who although requiring the very best, are generous and warm with their staff.
